Stayed in a lodge for the weekend with partner and friends to celebrate my birthday. The lodge was brilliant and felt like a home from home. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our weekend.. dish washer and bath was also a bonus 👌
The hot tub was amazing and the views from the hot tub was amazing looking over the lake and fields and being able to see the Blackpool Tower lit up at night from our hot tub and lodge was lovely.
The wardens on site are really friendly and helpful and made us all feel very welcome.. lovely people running a lovely site. There is no night time entertainment or anything like that but that’s what I liked even more about it its a nice peaceful site.
We can’t wait to come back in the summer and bring the kids with us as I know they would also love this place.
