Wonderful, relaxing and on the doorstep of Blackpool should you want a bit of nightlife.

We booked Ream Hills to spend a relaxing weekend with friends and wanted a lodge with a hot tub. Normally we would head down south to Devon but decided a polar opposite for the Coronation weekend and head towards Blackpool, with the intent of enjoying the town.

However, upon arriving, it’s such a relaxing quaint site, we were more than happy to enjoy the lodge. The lodge was a fantastic size. Very warm, and adequate in size. The staff were kind enough to join the two single beds in the twin room and fit it with a double quilt, along with supplying an iron and ironing board.

Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Although reception closed at 8pm, traffic meant we wouldn’t arrive until 8:15pm, which wasn’t an issue. Fortunately we managed to get there slightly after 8. Still it was not too much trouble for the receptionist to have a chat and welcome us and then advise on some places to eat.
